Bloody Mary

The Bloody Mary is totally coming back. The classic from a long time ago still has the same traditional mix as we know it, but with completely new twist that fits right in 2017! Nowadays there are a lot of variations that meets everyone’s wishes.

The Bloody Mary used to be a anti-hangover cocktail, now the Bloody Mary can’t be presented or consumed extravagant enough. The base ingredients aren’t the only thing you can experiment with, garnishing is what really makes the Bloody Mary. The garnishing is no longer a simple celery stick. Think about freshly cooked bacon, lettuce, prawns, paprika, roasted chicken thighs, silver onion (pickled onion), sour bombs et cetera! The fantasy and the cravings will run free, with guidance you will make the most beautiful creations! The Bloody Mary is listed on menu’s as snack or even lunch for a reason.

Important to know:

• You need a minimum of 15 people to participate
• The workshop lasts 1,5 hours
• The minimum age to participate is 18

• How does storytelling affect your sense of taste?
• How do you measure the ingredients?
• Do’s and dont’s when you’re preparing a Bloody Mary
• Demo by a professional bartender
• Mixing by yourself!

The workshop includes:

• Strong drinks and liquor
• Fresh ingredients
• Additives / aroma’s
• Bar tools
• Decorated ‘cocktailstations’

We are in collaboration with Dyan Tjon from Barblog.nl. Because of the collaboration we have his expertise when it comes to cocktails, this way we can make sure that we can meet the wishes and expectations of our guests.

Combine

The Bloody Mary workshop can easily be combined with other arrangements. Upstairs we have a restaurant, this is the starting point of many different activities. This is why you can easily and quickly expand the workshop with another activity, a nice dinner or just have a drink. We would love to help!

Location and parking

The location of this activity is at the Parkhaven, opposite the Euromast (Navigational address: Parkhaven 9). At the ship ‘De Zwarte Zwaan’ you’ll find our lasertag arena and the escape room of Escaping Rotterdam.
